MURDERACE Mutiny Cycles

The whole build started around an idea I had to build a Buell and use the rear swing arm flipped upside down as a side mounted monoshock. As always, I designed the “Idea” of the bike first to work out frame and front end dimensions. Then dove into it and let the soul of the motorcycle shine through in the final design. Approx 16 months from start to finish. I used a donor 1999 Buell X1 lightning, sold all the parts I wouldn’t use to purchase the parts i did need. Then fabricated everything else. My favorite part has tho be the mechanical clutch conversion (eliminated the cable) for the mid controls.
